Lebo Elementary is a PreK - 5th grade building and has an enrollment of approximately 112 students.  There is one section of each grade in the building and  our class sizes range from 12 to 22.    We are proud to boast  a strong tradition of academic achievement.  Lebo Elementary has earned the high honors of "Standard of Excellence" from the State of Kansas for the past 5 years in both Reading and Math, and the Governor's Achievement Award for the 2012 year.

Lebo Elementary Loves to do Lexia.

It’s time for the Lexia Contest winners for their work last week on Lexia.  Here are the top three winners for each class:

Kindergarten: Aniston, Aslan, and Sam

  • 1st grade: Brock, Mateo, and Colby
  • 2nd grade: Brooklyn, Chloe, and Jude
  • 3rd grade: Aubriana, Kaitlynn, and Ally
  • 4th grade: Taegan, Saige, and Kennah
  • 5th grade: Katie, Mathew, and Andrew

The Over 100 Club members are:

  • Aniston
  • Aslan
  • Brock
  • Taegan Kelley

Once again, second grader Brooklyn Hutchinson had the most Lexia minutes. She worked on Lexia 310 minutes and finished 61 units. Way to

go, Brooklyn!!  The combined Lexia minutes for last week is 3425 which is about 2000

minutes less than the week before. I guess everyone wanted to play outside  in the beautiful weather rather than do Lexia! Let’s try to bring that total back up this week.

The classroom winners and the over 100 club members may come to Mrs. Rosine’s room to get your prizes whenever your teacher wants to send you.
